Refund Policy

General Policy

All payments made to Apex Core Solutions LLC are subject to this Refund Policy. By booking a reservation or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Reservation Payments

  • Reservations may require full or partial payment at the time of booking

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation

  • Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise approved

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental date may be eligible for a refund, minus any processing or administrative fees

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date may be subject to partial refund or no refund

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable

Early Returns

  • No refunds will be issued for early returns of rented vehicles

  • The full rental period agreed upon at booking remains chargeable

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution

 

Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

  • Administrative or booking fees

  • Delivery or pickup fees (if applicable)

  • Insurance or protection plan fees

  • Any used rental time

 

Denied Rentals

If a customer is denied rental due to failure to meet requirements (valid license, identification, age, payment, or verification), refunds may be issued at our discretion, minus applicable fees.

Vehicle Issues

If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances before your rental begins, we may:

  • Offer a replacement vehicle (if available), or

  • Issue a full or partial refund at our discretion

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation

  • Customers agree to contact Apex Core Solutions LLC first to resolve any billing concerns

 

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
