Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies will be provided at the time of booking or in your rental agreement
Fees may apply for cancellations, no-shows, or early returns

Vehicle Use Restrictions

Customers agree not to:

Use vehicles for illegal purposes
Operate vehicles under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Sublease or allow unauthorized drivers
Use vehicles for rideshare or delivery services unless expressly permitted
Operate vehicles outside permitted geographic areas

Violation of these terms may result in termination of the rental and additional charges.

Damage, Liability & Insurance

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft unless covered by an applicable insurance policy
Additional fees may apply for damages, late returns, or violations
Insurance coverage, if provided, will be outlined in the rental agreement
